Take a hard look, choose correctly and hopefully ride your QB1 to a Fantasy Championship this season.

Don’t be afraid to leave a comment – all queries are read and will be rebutted!

1. Aaron Rodgers (Green Bay) – Rodgers is a Stud plain and simple. He is consistent, has one of the best receiving corps. in the NFL and will have two huge weapons back in the fold this season – Ryan Grant and JerMichael Finley. He has been a Top 2 Fantasy producer in two of the last three years and is bolstered by an average of 4.5 rushing touchdowns per season. #1 without a doubt!

2. Michael Vick (Philadelphia) – Vick is a risk/reward player but we feel that the reward will outweigh the risk. In 12 games last season, Vick threw for 21 tds. and ran for another nine. Injury is always going to be a concern with his style of play however!

3. Drew Brees (New Orleans) – Brees had a bad year in 2010 by his standards but still finished with 4620 yards and 33 touchdowns. The lack of a threatening running game prevented even bigger numbers. With a healthy running game, Brees will be better this season.

4. Tom Brady (New England) – Brady had no real receiving threat last season and still finished as the unanimous MVP – amazing! He also finished the season with nine straight multiple touchdown games with zero interceptions. Brady is as sure as they come in Fantasy!

5. Peyton Manning (Indianapolis) – Manning is as riskier than at any time in his career – a second neck surgery this offseason is taking its time to heal and the Colts did nothing to upgrade what was a dismal running game. Dallas Clark and Austin Collie will be back, along with Stud Reggie Wayne. There is certainly no harm in taking Manning but beware of his new injury history.

6. Philip Rivers (San Diego) – Are you worried that you didn’t get a Top 5 QB –don’t be. Rivers passed for 4710 yards and 30 touchdowns last season mostly without Vincent Jackson and Antonio Gates. He’s a Stud and could potentially be Fantasy MVP this season.

7. Tony Romo (Dallas) – One thing is certain – Romo has weapons. If his questionable Offensive Line holds up, he could be a steal. He’s not quite elite but is firmly entrenched in the Second Tier of QBs.

8. Matt Schaub (Houston) – Schaub was “plagued” by Arian Foster’s emergence last season – he still passed for 4370 yards and 24 scores. With opposing defenses paying more attention to Foster, Schaub and his Stud pass catchers should have some room to operate.

9. Ben Roethlisberger (Pittsburgh) – The third tier of QBs is led by Big Ben who will have a whole season to operate this year. The Steelers have a knack of playing low scoring games, taking some of the luster off his value. Sill, 4000 yards is probable and 25 touchdowns is possible.

10. Matt Ryan (Atlanta) – Ryan is a Top 10 guy that has Top 5 potential especially with Julio Jones, Roddy White and Tony Gonzalez in the fold. Wrecking ball Michael Turner spoils Ryan’s value a tad however!

11. Josh Freeman (Tampa Bay) – Freeman is on the verge of stardom – crazy skills in an up-and-coming offense. 3500 yards and 20 touchdowns is a certainty with upside. Freeman added 365 yards rushing last season as well – something that could vastly improve this year. Bovada - Sports Betting

12. Eli Manning (New York Giants) – Manning has quietly gone over 4000 yards passing in each of the last two seasons and with Hakeem Nicks, Steve Smith and Mario Manningham in the fold, there is no reason to expect a drop-off. He will slip in drafts but he could be your starter!

13. Joe Flacco (Baltimore) – Flacco has a ton of upside but the Ravens game plans seem to lock him down. Flacco’s receivers are old and slow except for rookie Torrey Smith. He is a Fantasy starter but just barely

14. Matthew Stafford (Detroit) – Health is definitely a concern 13 games played in two seasons! If Stafford could just stay healthy, he could win you your league. He has Calvin Johnson and Brandon Pettigrew to throw to but is as brittle as they come – BEWARE!

15. Matt Cassel (Kansas City) – Cassel is on the cusp of starter status but I am not ready to draft him as a starter just yet. He did have a magical stretch last season but looked mortal toward the end of the season, particularly in the playoffs.

16. Jay Cutler (Chicago) – It is pretty hard to trust a QB with a brutal O-line and no legitimate #1 receiving threat but he is a veteran with a ton to prove. Mike Martz has a lot to prove as well!

17. Sam Bradford (St. Louis) – Bradford looked great last season passing for over 3500 yards. My guess is that the Rams go out and get a Free Agent Receiver and Bradford’s numbers improve significantly.

18. Mark Sanchez (New York Jets) – Sanchez is simply a game manager – not a Fantasy starter. He also has three Wideouts that may leave via Free Agency – if you are drafting him to start for your Fantasy team I am truly sorry.

19. David Garrard (Jacksonville) – Chances are that Gerrard will be the #1 guy for the Jags and this year he has a ton to prove. Blaine Gabbert is breathing down his neck.

20. Kevin Kolb (Philadelphia) – Kolb is a good QB and will likely end up in a different setting. Arizona, Seattle and Minnesota are all good destinations in which Kolb can have success.

Pre-season is nearly upon us (we hope), so for the next few weeks we encourage you to be checking out our FANTASY FOOTBALL DRAFT GUIDE for all your rankings and analysis for the upcoming league drafts that you’re going to be participating in.
